From an early age I was introduced to the Glasgow property market by my father who wisely invested his redundancy package in several flats which he rented out. Back then there were no Buy To Let mortgage products or specialist investment companies to point you in the right direction. You had to rely on the knowledge and experience that only comes from being born and brought up in the area your are investing in, Glasgow. Since then I have built up a substantial property portfolio encompassing numerous areas in and around Glasgow plus various overseas properties. This experience and knowledge of the Glasgow rental market resulted in me starting my own lettings and property management business which now manages hundreds of properties on behalf of landlords from all over the world and commands a strong market presence within the Glasgow lettings business.

Using my wealth of experience and knowledge of the Glasgow market I continue to grow my property portfolio and now I can help you successfully invest within the vibrant and growing Glasgow property market.

Although I have been letting property since 1990 it is only within the last 4 years that I have made property my full time occupation and in that time I have built up a successful property portfolio consisting of 20 flats.

My own personal strategy was to not to invest in the “expensive property hotspots” but in the areas which touched onto them which were more affordable and were on the rise. My term for this type of investing is “piggy back investing”, in other words, taking advantage of another areas’ growth and popularity.

Having a thorough knowledge of the Glasgow area, its property market and being vastly experienced in the buy-to-let business this allows me to offer advice and assistance to prospective clients to help them to build their own successful property portfolios
