TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1)  GPIC charge a fee of 1% of property purchase price for our services.

2) An initial engagement fee of £250 is also applicable, although this £250 is deducted from the 1%.

3) Fees are payable upon submission of offer.

4) All fees are non refundable.

5) GPIC rely on the expertise and professionalism of our nominated solicitors ,  accountants , mortgage providers and other specialists services . We cannot be held accountable or liable for any service they provide .

6) GPIC cannot give any guarentees as to the future growth or value of any property that we source. We can only recommend a property based on our local knowledge. National market fluctuations are outwith our control.
