5. Introduce you to our Financial Consultant who will arrange your buy-to-let mortgage after
sourcing the best deal on the market
6. Arrange registration with the relevant Council under the Landlord Registration Scheme
  
After the above has been carried out we will refer you to our recommended Property Management
Company who will in turn:-
1. Market the property via the internet
2 Source and vet potential tenants using the most up to date referencing services
3. Draw up a Legal Lease Agreement in the form of a Short Assured Tenancy
4. Obtain a security deposit from the tenant
5. Arrange for Landlord's buildings and contents insurance cover
6. The management company will furthermore GUARANTEE YOUR MONTHLY RENT and pay the
monies directly into your nominated bank account
In addition to the above, we can also organise furniture packages to include flooring and window
coverings.
